Emma Penny

Emma Penny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment management and sustainability. Currently serving as Client Director for Acre since September 2022, Emma leads senior level executive searches across the EMEA Investment Management sector and is a key member of the Global Sustainable Finance Practice. Emma also holds the position of Vice Chair on the CFA UK Inclusion & Diversity Committee and serves as a committee member. Prior to Acre, Emma spent over a decade at Heidrick & Struggles in various roles focusing on ESG and sustainability in financial services, and previously held research and advisory positions at Eban International Ltd and Valpak Limited.
