Ricardo Pengel

Ricardo Pengel is an experienced Principal Consultant and Head of Consumer Goods Practice at Acre since September 2020, where the focus is on embedding impactful, purpose-driven individuals within organizations to drive sustainability. Prior to Acre, Ricardo served as a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry from September 2019 to July 2020 and at Michael Page in the role of Managing Consultant for Procurement & Supply Chain from January 2015 to August 2019. Earlier career experiences include positions as Conference & Events Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, Corporate Sales Executive at Marcus Evans, and Human Resource Management Trainee at The College Hotel. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Milan.
