Prior to that, they were the Vice President Of Technology at Gospel Technology, where they led product management, architecture, and technical operations for the company's blockchain technology. Reuben also held positions at Experian Marketing Services UK, where they worked as the Director of Technology for Alchemy Social and as a Software Development Manager. Additionally, they were a Senior Developer at Alchemy Social and the Head of Web at Memory Express Ltd, where they successfully transformed the company's online presence into a thriving e-commerce business.

Reuben Thompson attended Torquay Boys Grammar for their secondary education and later pursued further studies at the University of Surrey.
