Omar Vargas

Omar Vargas possesses a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Head Waiter's at Acre Baja Restaurant & Bar since January 2019. Prior to this role, Omar held positions at Cabo Surf Hotel, where responsibilities included Captain's Waiters and Waiter's Captain since May 2014. Omar's career in fine dining began at Hotel Capella Pedregal Cabo San Lucas, where the role of Mixologist was performed from December 2009 to September 2012.
