Kristina Underwood

Kristina Underwood has a diverse work experience in various roles across multiple companies. Kristina started their career as a Nursery Practitioner at Boscombe Neighbourhood Day Nursery in 2006. Kristina then worked as a Bar Manager at The Plough Inn from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Lidl UK as a Store Associate for a year. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at WDS, A Xerox Company as a Subject Matter Expert and later as a Business Graduate from 2013 to 2015. Kristina then moved on to Conduent as a Technical Services Manager from 2015 to 2017. Starting in 2017, they have been associated with HiHi, where they held multiple roles including Call Handler, Technical Engineer, Product Owner, and Quality Improvement Specialist and Escalations. During this time, they provided support for products, assisted with escalated cases, improved processes, and implemented change. In 2022, they joined Dancerace plc as a Product Specialist and Support. In the same year, they also worked as a Voice Actress. Currently, they are a Product Expert at Acre since 2023.

Kristina Underwood obtained their GCSE degree from Highcliffe Secondary and Language College between 1999 and 2004. Kristina then pursued a NVQ 2 degree in Child Care at Poole College from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they completed a NVQ 2 degree in Food and Drink Service at HTP Training from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they attended HTP Training again and obtained a NVQ 3 degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. From 2010 to 2012, Kristina Underwood studied at Arts University College of Bournemouth, where they obtained a Foundation Degree in Digital Media Production. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in March 2020. Kristina also holds a Digital Media Production Foundation Degree from Arts University Bournemouth, a Food and Drink Service NVQ 2 from HTP Training, and a Hospitality Management NVQ 3 from HTP Training. Additionally, they have a Technical Certificate of Child Care and Development NVQ 2 from Bournemouth and Poole College and completed a course called "The Digital Garage" offered by Google, although the month and year of completion are not specified.
