Jeremy Hertz

Jeremy Hertz, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in compliance and employee relations. Currently serving as Senior Deputy General Counsel and Director of HR Consulting at Acrisure, Jeremy leads a team of attorneys in providing compliance support and consulting on various HR matters, including the Affordable Care Act and employee discrimination issues. Previously, as Vice President of Compliance at Alltrust Insurance, Jeremy advised clients on HR and benefits compliance while conducting trainings and regulatory updates. Jeremy's experience also includes managing human resources for Remington College’s extensive campus network, serving as an Associate General Counsel, and practicing as a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney at Ford & Harrison LLP. Additionally, Jeremy has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor of Sports Law at the University of Central Florida. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences.
