Jolynn Cunningham

As People Operations leader, Jolynn is responsible for Culture, Human Resources, Recruiting, and Facilities strategy and execution for growing technology companies. In this role, she helps drive company growth and innovation by identifying, hiring, developing, and retaining world-class talent to provide exceptional solutions and services to clients.

Jolynn has honed her expertise through 15+ years of building and leading People Operations teams for technology companies from Fortune 50 to pre-seed start-ups, providing assistance and leadership at organizations such as Cisco Systems, Indeed, TrendKite, and Dell. She has been privileged enough to have helped shepherd several hyper-growth start-ups through company evolution and been a part of three successful exits.

Jolynn holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
