Serena Kenney

Serena Kenney has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Acrisure since August 2017. Prior to this role, Serena worked at Risk Concepts Insurance Brokers from May 2006 to August 2017, where responsibilities included managing client activities, claims, and renewals as a Client Advisor and Account Manager. This experience encompassed a wide range of business insurance products, including general liability, workers compensation, and specialty insurance. Earlier work experience includes customer service roles at Chili's and Abercrombie & Fitch. Serena attended Diablo Valley College from 2005 to 2006.
