As Chief Operating Officer & Administrative Officer at Acrisure, Sozon brings over 15 years of business leadership experience to his current role and is responsible for all operational and administrative functions at Acrisure. Sozon works closely with Acrisure’s Operational Leadership team and Agency Partners to ensure that Acrisure’s Home Office operational and administrative fronts are well-positioned to support the company’s unprecedented growth.
Prior to his current role, Sozon served as Retail Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw Acrisure’s field operations, and was the Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits, where he worked closely in collaboration with Agency Partners to build and implement leading employee benefits strategies.
Sozon received his bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.
