Main Responsibility/ Job Expectations
Achieve sales income that meets agreed targets in regional markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and distributors. Provide timely solutions with the help of internal or external resources to improve our customer base and depth of penetration to the customers.
Routinely visit allocated customers, and collect information about customer organization, contact information, products in use, competition, customer news and market trends. In addition, deliver products to customers.
Create and update sales status reports including identified contacts, leads and confirmed sales through direct and distributor channels.
Work with marketing team on related marketing activities, including exhibitions, gift delivery, and promotions et, al.
Study and grasp the products and services from ACRO Biosystems quickly and thoroughly, to provide appropriate help to the customers in need.
Attend industry trade shows and events to widen knowledge base and increase networks.
Knowledge/Experience/Competence
Bachelor or above, prefer major in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or related.
Proven 2 years of working experience as a reagent salesperson in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
Ability to work with team, and follow the orders from the team
Strong communication skills
Attention to details
Self-motivated
Effective time management and prioritization
Excellent in Korean both written and spoken, Communicable in English or Chinese
High business acumen
Experienced in negotiation
Able to identify and secure bulk sales opportunities
Able to travel long distance to visit customers
