Ryan Kuan has had a varied work experience. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Assistant & Receptionist Intern at iNet Expert Inc. The following year, they took on the role of Rides Operator at California's Great America. In 2015, they became a Product Consultant and Translator at Rudaor INC. In 2016, they were a Biostatistics Intern at Pharmacyclics. In 2017, they were an Applications Engineer Intern at Advantech. In 2018, they were an Assistant Account Manager at American Portwell Technology, Inc. and, most recently, in 2020, they have been an Associate Regional Manager, Sales Executive, and Inside Sales Representative at ACROBiosystems. As an Inside Sales Representative, they have been responsible for conferring with customers by phone, email, and live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, providing information about products and services, taking and entering orders, and obtaining details of inquiries or comments. Ryan has also been responsible for building a rapport and long-lasting relationship with customers and providing innovative solutions to their needs and challenges along with exceptional customer service experience. Ryan has also collaborated with internal functions to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and promptly.

Ryan Kuan attended the University of California, Davis from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Statistics.
