Xiamin Chen has been in the professional world since 2004, beginning their career as a Financial Analyst/ Sales Support at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In 2014, they moved to GE Healthcare as a Customer Service Manager, and in 2015 they were promoted to Vice President of Commercial Operations at ACRObiosystems.

Xiamin Chen obtained an MBA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business between 2002 and 2004.
