Heather Labrecque

Heather LaBrecque serves as Senior Contracts and Compliance Counsel at Acronis since March 2020, managing key programs, compliance functions, and trademark activities while drafting revenue and vendor contracts. Previously, Heather held roles including Senior Contracts Counsel at Acronis, Contract Attorney at HubSpot, and Corporate Counsel at RedPoint Global Inc., where responsibilities included negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and advising on regulatory compliance issues. Early career experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Autodesk and offering consulting services in private practice. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and both a Juris Doctor and Master of Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.
