James Tucker Bradley

General Counsel at Acronis

James Tucker Bradley is General Counsel of Acronis where he manages global legal affairs, including corporate governance, litigation strategy and management, financing and development, intellectual property, compliance and employment matters. He also manages the global contracts team that negotiates contracts for customers around the world.

Before joining Acronis, Mr. Tucker Bradley spent nearly 20 years as general counsel of software companies in the digital marketing and mobile industrial solutions spaces. He was also CFO at the industrial software company. Prior to that, Mr. Tucker Bradley was an associate at Foley, Hoag, where he used his considerable financial skills in four areas: real estate, banking, bankruptcy, and accounting malpractice defence. Before that, he was an associate at Wilmer Hale, where he worked in real estate development and finance. Mr. Tucker Bradley began his professional career working in audit and tax at BDO.

Mr. Tucker Bradley holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Annual Review of Banking Law, and a B.S. in Accountancy with Highest Honors from Bentley University.
