Brian Hanigan

Brian Hanigan currently serves as Vice President and Chief Counsel for Securities, Governance, M&A, and Corporate Secretary at Enovis, a role held since April 2020. With prior experience as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at IDEX Corporation from May 2014 to March 2020, Brian managed M&A and corporate finance transactions across various international markets and provided legal support to business operations. Earlier in Brian's career, a tenure as a Senior Associate at Skadden Arps focused on mergers, acquisitions, SEC compliance, and corporate governance. Brian holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
