VP, Client Services at Acronym

Maureen Anderson is the Vice President of Client Services at Acronym. Maureen has over fifteen years of experience in marketing and program management.

Anderson began their career as a Marketing Analyst at American Express in May of 2002. In this role, they were responsible for increasing brand awareness in American Express merchant establishments through point-of-purchase (POP) placement. To do this, Anderson supported the execution of the Market Point-Of-Purchase program – a yearly initiative where representatives from AMEX vendors visited over 300K American Express merchants with the goal of ensuring brand presence through POP materials. Additionally, they assisted in developing and executing the Cash for Business sweepstakes geared towards small merchants and developed messaging direction and copy for email and direct mail campaigns. Anderson also worked with the creative agency to oversee the development of the POP brochure.

As Program Manager, Anderson led and executed ad-hoc POP visit programs for internal partners including yearly Destination and Philanthropic programs. Maureen also collaborated with vendors to plan and execute visits and provided insight and recommendations to ensure that program goals were met.

In July of 2006, Anderson left American Express to join Acronym as Vice President of Client Services. In this role, they are responsible for managing relationships with Acronym’s clients and overseeing the delivery of Acronym’s services. Anderson is an expert in their field and has a proven track record of success in marketing and program management.

Maureen Anderson has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgetown University.
