Autumn Nickels has extensive experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at both Perfect Thyme Catering & Event Planning since June 2016 and Acropolis Greek Taverna since September 2015. Prior roles include General Manager at TAPS Restaurant, Bar & Lounge for a brief period in 2015, and at Tavern Restaurant Group and The Pub Group from 2004 to 2013. Additionally, Autumn held the position of Executive of Beverage at Brick House Tavern & Tap from 2013 to 2015 and started a career in the industry as a Beverage Manager at Max & Erma’s. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Medicare Specialist at Humana. Autumn Nickels holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Buying Operations from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 1998.
