Roby Platt has had a diverse range of professional experiences. Roby started their career as a Head of Student Affairs and Alumni Engagement at Nord Anglia Education, where they streamlined office operations and facilitated positive changes within the academic community. At Lululemon, they orchestrated engaging in-store events and made a substantial contribution to a high-stakes multimillion-dollar store remodel. Roby then moved to Hooch Booch as Culture and Community Manager, where they scaled the business and planned and executed over 200 diverse events. At Alo Yoga, they led the successful market entry of the brand into Colorado, overseeing the establishment of three premium locations and exceeding store sales targets by 17%. Later, at Elite Hydration Spa, they successfully drove business development, created exceptional guest experiences, and formulated innovative strategies to boost revenue. Lastly, they are set to join Across Oceans Group as a Luxury Retail Consultant in 2023.

Roby Platt obtained a CUSC degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration in 2019. In 2023, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from York St. John University.
