Kaylynn Ruf

Kaylynn Ruf has diverse experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and total rewards analysis. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at JOANN Stores, LLC. Kaylynn then moved on to Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they served as a Stock Compensation Analyst from 2017 to 2019. At JOANN Stores, they worked as a Total Rewards Analyst from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Kaylynn is employed at ACRT Services, initially as a Human Resources Manager from 2020 to 2021, and later as a Human Resources Director from October 2021 until the present. Additionally, they had a brief internship experience in 2015 at John G. Shedd Aquarium, where they focused on staff training and development.

Kaylynn Ruf obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago in 2014. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the Quinlan School of Business, also at Loyola University Chicago, during the period of 2014 to 2015.
