Noel Collis

Noel Collis has a diverse work experience in financial and accounting roles. Noel is currently the Chief Financial Officer at ACS Benefit Services, LLC since October 2020. In this role, they oversee all financial operations, including reporting, risk assessment, and treasury management, while also providing leadership to the executive management team.

Prior to this, Collis worked at Learfield IMG College from July 2016 to October 2020 as a Controller. Noel was responsible for financial accounting and reporting activities for the Multi-Media Rights division. Noel successfully integrated accounting procedures following the merger of Learfield and IMG College, streamlining the close process and improving financial reporting accuracy.

From November 2006 to July 2016, Collis served as the Controller/Director of Financial Analysis at Liberty Hardware, an international distributor of decorative home hardware. Noel directed accounting, financial analysis, compliance, and payroll activities, leading the annual budgeting process.

Collis also has experience at Renfro Corporation, where they worked as the Director of Financial Accounting from October 2005 to November 2006. Noel was responsible for financial accounting, budgeting, and conducting technical research.

Before joining Renfro Corporation, Collis worked as a Controller at Emergent Genetics from February 2001 to October 2005. Noel provided financial accounting, cost accounting, and payroll services for the cotton seed processor and distributor. Noel implemented process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and accountability.

Collis began their career at Coca Cola Enterprises in May 1996 as an Accounting Manager. Noel managed cost and inventory accounting activities for multiple centers, identifying and delivering significant profit improvements through process redesign.
