Oleg Romanov

Oleg Romanov is an experienced R&D Software Group Manager at ACS Motion Control, where responsibilities include managing software development activities, coaching team leaders, monitoring team performance, and fostering team member growth. Oleg has a robust background in real-time programming, having served as Senior Software Engineer and Project Leader, as well as in software design and implementation roles. Prior experience includes serving as System Administrator and Project Supervisor at Softlab, EE, Technion. Oleg holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
