Laurynas Paradauskas

Laurynas Paradauskas is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. As a Software Development Manager at Shift4 since March 2022, Laurynas leads multidisciplinary SCRUM teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects aligned with strategic goals. Prior to this, Laurynas held the position of Head of Development at Ignitis Group, where leadership of Java developers and implementation of Agile methodologies were key responsibilities. Experience as a Software Architect at both Exacaster and SEB involved directing architecture for big data products and full-stack initiatives, mentoring teams, and enhancing development processes.
