Heather Smith

Heather Smith is the User Experience Research Lead at ACS Technologies. Prior to their current role, Heather served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University, where Heather worked on projects related to Parlor Press Publishing, the Pearce Center for Communication, and Adobe's partnership with the university. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Rhetorics, Communication & Information Design, Heather's background also includes roles as a Product Data Specialist at Classic Graphics and an Account Manager - Special Projects at QuadPackaging. Heather is skilled in research, communication, and program coordination.
