Kara Hughes

Kara Hughes has over 16 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in recruitment and operations. Kara has worked as a Director of Operations and Recruitment at Access Global Group since 2020, where they have been responsible for technical operations, recruitment, and project management. Prior to this, Kara was the Director of Operations at Relentless Love Cancer Foundation from 2015 to 2020, where they managed strategic campaign and program development, community outreach programs, and fundraising. Kara also worked as a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Manager at PDS from 2011 to 2018, and as a Senior Technical People Operations and Talent Acquisition Manager at Manpower from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they held the roles of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Operations Manager at Roth Staffing from 2006 to 2010, and as a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager at Martin-Harris Construction LLC from 2004 to 2006.
