Bruce Asanoff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bruce worked at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. from 1989 to 2004, where they served as a Team Manager, overseeing an inbound call team and managing various operational and trading areas. During their tenure, they wrote reviews, managed salary recommendations, and mentored individuals.

In 2004, Bruce joined Aflac as an Appointed Agent, where they focused on broadening employee benefits packages for businesses and organizations. Bruce helped improve employee morale and loyalty with no direct cost to the businesses, while also providing cash benefits to policy owners during difficult moments. Bruce remained with Aflac until July 2013.

Bruce also served as the President of Freedom Benefits, Inc. in 2004, offering ideas and solutions to enhance employee loyalty and reduce overhead for businesses and organizations. Bruce continued working with Freedom Benefits, Inc. in 2005, taking on the roles of Peace of Mind Specialist, Long Term Health Care Specialist, Life Insurance, and Annuities. As an independent agent, they used their knowledge and experience to help people protect their most important assets, including their family, loved ones, and dignity.

In 2009, Bruce joined ACSIA Partners as a Long Term Care Specialist, further expanding their expertise in the field. Throughout their various roles, Bruce has consistently demonstrated their dedication to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complexities of insurance and benefits to achieve peace of mind and financial security.

Bruce Asanoff attended the University of Connecticut School of Business from 1974 to 1980. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business.
