Carey Cox has a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and General Business from Southern Nazarene University. Carey then pursued a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from 1997 to 2000. During their time at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Carey also studied Finance as part of their Master's degree program.
