Penni Leiker

Penni Leiker has been in the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry since 1998. Penni began their career as a Branch Manager at AppleOne Employment Services, where they were a top performer in both contingent and direct hire sales. In 2004, they moved to Agile-1 - Total Workforce Solutions as Senior Director of Business Development. Penni then returned to AppleOne Employment Services, where they served as National Account Director and was responsible for selling national staffing accounts. In 2018, they joined the ActOne Group as Vice President of Business Development. Her responsibilities include delivering revenue for the company's portfolio of companies through strategic sales pursuit. Penni has achieved $120M in top line revenue annually and $25M in gross margin, exceeding their budget by 148%. Penni is a Founders Club Member year over year.

Penni Leiker has attended The University of New Mexico, and holds a CCWP certification.
