Srinivas Raju

Srinivas Raju has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and business process outsourcing industries. Starting as a Sr Executive at Spice Telecom from December 2005 to June 2007, Srinivas progressed to a Team Leader role at Omnia BPO Services before transitioning to Firstsource Solutions Limited, where the focus was on operations as an Assistant Manager and later as a Process Leader from September 2008 to November 2013. Currently, at ACT FIBERNET since November 2013, Srinivas holds dual titles of Deputy Manager Sales and Assistant Manager Customer Service, emphasizing skills in people management, project management, and end-to-end operations.
