Michael Vanderslice

Michael Vanderslice is the managing director at ACT Capital Advisors. Michael has also previously served as the CEO of STI Fleet Services and as a managing principal at Moss Adams LLP.

At STI Fleet Services, Vanderslice was responsible for leading the company through a period of rapid industry change. Michael oversaw the development of the company's public relations and marketing support services for automotive manufacturers across North America.

At Moss Adams, Vanderslice was responsible for developing the consulting practice in four areas: business and organization planning, information technology advisory, accounting system sale and implementation, and human resources. Michael also oversaw staff recruiting and development for the practice.

Michael Vanderslice has a Master's in Public and Business Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Muhlenberg College.

Their manager is Robert Hild, Chairman & CEO. They work with Gary Gessel - Managing Director, Matthew Latimer - Managing Director & General Counsel, and Stephen Spencer - Managing Director.
