Nick Gunn

Nick Gunn is currently the Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors. Nick has also served as the Acting CEO of Smokey Bay Seafood Group and as the VP of Business and Legal Affairs for Small Screen.

Gunn has over 20 years of experience in advising companies on strategic transactions, securities issues, corporate governance, business development, content acquisitions, legal clearances, IP licensing, and digital network and distribution deals. Nick has also advised on employee and contractor matters, developed and managed equity incentive plans, sourced and engaged outside legal counsel, and co-developed pitch materials for new projects and fundraising.

Nick Gunn has a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a degree in Economics from the University of Washington. Nick also has a certification from the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors in CM&AA.

Nick Gunn reports to Robert Hild, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Michael Seeley - VP, Trevor Hill - Managing Director, and John Norton - Managing Director.
