Act-in
Flexibility, delivery reliability, and efficiency are essential in the demanding world of production in order to stay ahead of the competition within the manufacturing industry. Every day, manufacturers face risks of losses due to standstill and in terms of quality and performance. Reliable real-time insight into the production process is therefore indispensable in ensuring responsible and profitable business operations. Act-in collects and analyses data from the entire process. This provides insight into the improvement potential and therefore forms the basis for more efficient production and continual improvement. The Act-in modules provide a clear and user-friendly visualisation of all relevant information regarding primary processes within production and the technical department. These focus on problems and corresponding solutions within the manufacturing world. These software modules operate via the so-called MES system. The strength of this kind of software system is that it can be implemented both modularly and integrally, with expansion and connections with peripherals having an additional synergistic effect. In this way, maximum added value can be achieved in a user-friendly manner. Act-in is operational in four European countries: The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Czech Republic.
