Duessa Holscher

Duessa Holscher has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Duessa is currently working as a Principal Product Manager at Act-On Software, Inc., where they are involved in driving the discovery, development, and release of marketing automation solutions. Prior to this, Duessa held various roles at Granbury Solutions, including President from 2019 to 2021, Director of Product Management from 2015 to 2019, and Director of Strategic Products & Marketing from 2010 to 2015. At Granbury Solutions, they were responsible for overseeing product strategy, managing product development teams, and implementing marketing strategies for point-of-sale, e-commerce, customer loyalty, and enterprise management solutions. Before joining Granbury Solutions, Duessa co-founded FireFly Technologies in 2001, where they served as the Founder and Managing Partner. Under their leadership, the company grew into a profitable software firm with numerous restaurant clients nationwide and was eventually sold to Granbury Restaurant Solutions in 2010. Duessa also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Manager at Radiant Systems from 1997 to 2001 and as a Director of Marketing at RapidFire Software from 1994 to 1997.

Duessa Holscher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business Economics from Willamette University in 1991. Duessa later pursued an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the same institution from 1990 to 1991.
