Edgar Sanchez

Edgar Sanchez has over a decade of experience in educational research and assessment, currently serving as Principal Research Scientist at ACT since July 2009, where responsibilities include developing the validity and efficacy agenda for ACT test preparation products. Prior positions at ACT include Lead Research Scientist, Senior Research Scientist, Research Scientist II, and Research Associate, focusing on the effectiveness of ACT products and producing research publications related to postsecondary outcomes and ACT validity. Previous experience as a Project Analyst at APQC involved planning and executing research on educational practices. Edgar Sanchez holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Educational Psychology, as well as a B.A. in Psychology and English, all from The University of Texas at Austin.
