Randy Palmatier

Randy Palmatier is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in client relations and instructional programs. Currently serving as Regional Director for the West Region Client Relations at ACT since January 2012, Randy leads a team managing accounts across multiple Western states. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a Consultant at ACT, Inc. and held the position of Regional Director from 2006 to 2016. Randy's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction at Wimberley ISD, overseeing educational operations, and as Director for Curriculum and Instruction at Edinburg CISD. Randy holds a Ph.D. in Public School Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from UT Pan American, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Dual Major: English Speech Communications from The University of Texas-Pan American.
