Kristin Sumner is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business operations and real estate. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at ACT Power Services since October 2020, Kristin has also worked as a REALTOR® at Fonville Morisey Realty since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Kristin held property management positions at MAA from October 2014 to June 2018 and at Eastern Property Management, LLC from June 2006 to October 2014. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from East Carolina University, completed between 2001 and 2004, and graduated from Rockville High School in 1999.
