Arif Sisman

Arif Sisman, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Arif currently serves as the Director of Operations at ACT1 Federal, where they are responsible for managing assigned programs and ensuring their successful execution. Arif collaborates with the Business Development team to identify and capture profitable business opportunities.

Prior to this, Arif worked as a Project Manager at Tribalco, where they managed infrastructure projects and developed a Project Management handbook for the company. Arif also reviewed internal processes and provided recommendations for improvements.

At By Light Professional IT Services, Arif held two roles. Arif first served as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager, managing multiple infrastructure projects and acting as a liaison between various teams. Later, they were promoted to Senior Program Task & Finance Manager, where they improved the Budget CPAR score and established positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Arif's earlier experience includes working as an Operations Manager at Ripple Effect Communications, Inc., and as an Associate Project Finance Controller and Helpdesk Specialist at ICF International.

Arif Sisman, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2010. Arif also earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Montgomery College in the same year. In 2005 to 2006, they attended the University of Maryland but did not complete a degree. Additionally, Arif Sisman obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2018. Arif also holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Maryland University College.
