Jay Kammerer

Jay Kammerer is an experienced Acquisition Operations Logistics Analyst at Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC (ACT I) since May 2018, specializing in providing subject matter expertise. Previously, Jay served as the Manpower Support Analyst, developing training systems for F-35 customers. From September 2014 to July 2020, Jay held the position of F-35 Training Deputy IPT Lead with the USMC, focusing on maintenance and training improvements for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program. Additionally, Jay has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina since 2001, actively managing investment properties. As President of the Acquisition Officer Association from 2016 to May 2018, Jay promoted professional development in the acquisition field. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and completion of the Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education program at Marine Corps University.
