Paul Sights

Paul Sights currently serves as the F-35 Product Integration Delivery Manager at ACT1 Federal, overseeing F-35 production and delivery since October 2023. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) from August 2008 to November 2023, focusing on F-35 and F-16 government oversight. Additionally, Paul held a position in Government Aircraft Safety Surveillance at DCMA and served in the United States Air Force on active duty from July 1984 to May 2008. Paul holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from CCAF, earned between July 1984 and October 1992, and is a graduate of Princeton High School.
