Harris Meitanis has a diverse work experience in various industries. Harris founded and served as the CEO of acta, a marketplace that connects celebrity and high-demand unrepresented talent directly with event organizers, enhancing the global events and entertainment industries. Harris ensured a seamless process from inquiry to event date by facilitating effective negotiation, contracting, payment processing, and information sharing between organizers and talent. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director and Owner of A.P.E Events & Entertainment since 2001. Additionally, Harris held the position of Managing Director/A&R at iSPY Records Pty Limited starting in 1999. Harris also worked as a Senior Solicitor at Consolidated Lawyers from 2000 to 2003 and as a Solicitor at DibbsBarker from 1996 to 1999.

Harris Meitanis has a strong educational background in Law. Harris obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hertfordshire from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued further legal studies at King's College London, where they completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from 1995 to 1996. Harris then continued their education at Western Sydney University, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 1997 to 1998. Finally, they enrolled at the University of Technology Sydney, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 1999.
