Lluis Tomas has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on customer success strategy and project management. Lluis is currently the Customer Success Strategy Director at Actabl, where they have been since 2023. Previously, they were the Director of Customer Success at Hotel Effectiveness from 2022 to 2023. Before that, Lluis worked at OnTrack Performance Tools for 13 years, starting as a Senior Project Manager for Global Market and eventually becoming the Director of Projects for Global Markets. Lluis also has experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management positions at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Benchmark Hospitality, and Marriott International. Lluis has demonstrated leadership and proficiency in managing projects and delivering exceptional customer success outcomes throughout their career.
Lluis Tomas obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Lluis later pursued an MBA degree in Operations Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Certification: Black Belt from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Lluis also received certifications in Income Journal Mapping, Recast Success Customer Success Bootcamp, Basic Navigation ProfitUniversity, Income Journal Set Up, and Reporting. These certifications were obtained from ProfitSword, LLC, and were completed in November and December of 2022. Moreover, Lluis obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2021.
