George Z. Gahr has extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and sciences sectors, currently serving as Director of Market Operations at Actalent since January 2020. In this position, George leads teams that support both the Actalent brand and the Aston Carter sub-brand, focusing on talent solutions. Prior to this, George held various positions at Aerotek from June 2008 to June 2021, including Director of Recruiting Operations and Director of Business Operations. George began a career in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at BroMenn Healthcare in 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and International Business from Illinois State University and International Business Studies at Lorenzo de'Medici in Florence, Italy.
