John Cococcia

John Cococcia is a seasoned investor and startup executive with over 20 years of experience working with early and growth stage companies as an investor, board member, and trusted advisor. Currently, they are a co-founder and partner at Rosendale, where they focus on building transformational companies. John has held various high-level positions, including Chief Operating Officer at DHA Energy and Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Investor Relations at Plug Power, and has extensive board experience across several high-tech industries. They also serve as a managing partner at Arista Strategy Group and are an adjunct professor at Siena College, guest lecturing on venture capital, entrepreneurship, and leadership. John earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
