Jason Marshall

Jason Marshall's work experience includes:

- Jason is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Yellow Card Financial, a Pan-African crypto exchange and FinTech company. In this role, they are responsible for various functions such as product management, design/UX, data, operations, and human resources. Jason has also established company functions and hired professionals for compliance, finance/accounting, and legal.

- Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at CMI Ventures starting in 2018.

- From 2017 to 2019, they were the Founder & CEO of K12CRM.

- Jason also worked as an Independent Consultant at Jason Marshall Consulting, providing investment analysis for early stage technology investors in the EdTech and FinTech industries and advising startups in EdTech and FinTech.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus on Business and Spanish at Texas A&M University-Commerce, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
