Hayes Bortz

Hayes Bortz is a seasoned professional in campaign management and political outreach, currently serving as the Manager of the Campaign Account Management Team at ActBlue since May 2019. Bortz's career includes various roles at ActBlue, progressing from Outreach Intern to Manager, and experience as Secretary on the Executive Council for the Campaign Workers Guild. Bortz has also contributed as a Bargaining Team member and Union Steward for ActBlue Union. Previous roles include Parliament Aide for the House of Commons Transport Select Committee and internships with the Blue Haven Initiative and Deval Patrick's Midterm Team. Bortz began involvement in political campaigns as a Finance Director for the Northeastern University College Democrats and as an Organizing Fellow for Hillary for America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Northeastern University.
