Megan Hughes is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in political research and campaign strategies. Currently serving as Communications Director at ActBlue since July 2022, Hughes has previously held roles such as Research Director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee and Friends Of Sherrod Brown, among others. With a strong background in research, including positions as Senior Research Associate and Deputy Research Director, Hughes has contributed significantly to various political campaigns. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The University of Georgia.
