Abdul Jalal

Abdul Jalal possesses extensive experience in project management and policy development, currently serving as a Reach Project Specialist at ACTED since August 2021, overseeing a multi-sectoral BHA/USAID-funded response project. Previous roles include Business Development Consultant positions at DAI and Bio Health Sun Pharma, and a Policy and Partnership Consultant role at the Aga Khan Foundation Afghanistan. Abdul Jalal also worked as a Senior Plan and Policy Specialist for the Ministry of Finance in Afghanistan, where responsibilities included revising the pension policy. As a Governance Affairs Officer with the United Nations, Abdul Jalal facilitated collaboration between provincial governance bodies and civil society.
