Olivier Deloignon

Olivier Deloignon is an accomplished professional in the fields of visual history, typography, and arts education, currently serving as the directeur de collection for the catalogue Imprimerie nationale at Actes Sud since April 2017. As the directeur of Laboratoire De Traits et d'esprit, a position held since January 2008, Olivier has contributed to research supported by the Ministry of Culture's direction générale de la création artistique since 2010. Olivier has extensive teaching experience at various institutions, including the Ecole supérieure des arts décoratifs in Strasbourg and Haute école des arts du Rhin, focusing on visual history and the history of art and design. Additionally, Olivier has worked as a freelance curator and artistic director, and previously held academic roles at Université de Strasbourg and Ecole supérieure d'art Le Quai. Olivier Deloignon holds a Doctorate in history of typography, the book, and art from Université de Strasbourg and has received multiple qualifications for the title of maître de conférences from the Conseil national des universités.
