Shannon Boston is a seasoned professional in brand and creative marketing with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Content & Creative at PagerDuty since May 2025, Shannon previously held leadership roles at Brightside Health as Senior Director of Brand & Creative and Director of Brand Marketing.
