Alysia Lurvey

Alysia Lurvey has extensive experience in customer success and academic solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Academic and Corporate Solutions at ACTEX Learning since November 2014, Alysia collaborates with actuarial educators and institutions to customize study materials and has significantly contributed to the development and marketing of the Academic Goal software. Alysia manages over 200 academic accounts and approximately 25 corporate accounts, demonstrating strong capabilities in client retention and support. Previously, Alysia held the position of Associate Customer Success Manager at athenahealth and worked for Tuttle from 1997 to 2014 in various roles, including Customer Success Manager, Returns Department Manager, and Customer Success Representative, where Alysia excelled in managing staff, customer service, and online sales efforts.
