We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented Office Manager [gn] France to join our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager [gn] to support our Paris office and the Zeenea France leadership team. This role is a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth running of our Paris office and for providing vital support to our executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception and administrative tasks
  • Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and office equipment maintenance
  • Organize and maintain an inviting and professional office environment, including coordinating refreshments and snacks
  • Plan and manage office events, meetings, and team-building activities
  • Support the leadership team with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Act as the point of contact for building management, vendors, and visitorsAssist in onboarding new employees and maintaining office compliance
  • Coordinate hybrid office schedules and hot desking systems
  • Provide accounting support by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and performing data and system entries
  • Assist with accounting and systemic monthly closings through data processing
  • Support Country HR Management and Payroll teams with service provider communications and administrative tasks
  • Assist various departments with administrative responsibilities as needed

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office management or as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Zoom, Teams, and other collaborative tools
  • A proactive and self-starter attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
